A: Family Visit Visa for Individual
1. Original Passport
2. Two passport Size Photographs (3.5 x 4.5) having white background.
3. Passport Validity not less than 06 months
4. Copy of AQMA (Residence Permit of Sponsor)
5. Electronic Wakala/Visa Slip
6. Proof of Relationship with Sponsor. Marriage Certificate (Arabic Translated) should be attested by Ministry of External Affairs in Original
7. Passport Copy of Sponsor (First and Last Page) with Spouse Name endorsed on the Passport
8. Original and Photocopy of Birth Certificate of Children required, if travelling.
B. Re-entry/Extension for Individuals

H. Working Visit

4. Employment Contract from Saudi employer duly attested by The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Saudi Arabia
5. Covering Letter from Current employer stating the Purpose of Visit to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
6. Visa Recommendation Letter from Indian Chamber of Commerce
7. Copy of all Educational Certificates
I Business Visit Visa
1. Original Passport
2. Two passport Size Photographs (3.5 x 4.5) having white background.
3. Passport Validity not less than 06 months
4. Company Registration (C.R.) copy of Sponsor Company
5. Covering letter on the letter head of India company (Stating the nature of business, designation of the visitor in the company, purpose of visit and duration of Stay in the Kingdom, should be signed by authorized signatory other than visitor)
6. Recommendation letter from any one of the Indian Chambers of Commerce in favor of the Applicant.
7. Electronic Invitation Letter from Sponsor duly attested by Saudi Chamber of Commerce, specifying duration of stay in the Kingdom and Entry Type (Single/Multiple)
1. Original Passport
2. Two passport Size Photographs (3.5 x 4.5) having white background.
3. Passport Validity not less than 06 months
4. Company Registration (C.R.) copy of Sponsor Company
5. Covering letter on the letter head of India company (Stating the nature of business, designation of the visitor in the company, purpose of visit and duration of Stay in the Kingdom, should be signed by authorized signatory other than visitor)
6. Recommendation letter from any one of the Indian Chambers of Commerce in favor of the Applicant.
